Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men, doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne . . ."

In the latter part of the second age of Middle-Earth Sauron presented nine rings to nine men.  This is the ring of Númenor, once the greatest civilization of men, whose covetous King's Men became corrupted by the dark power of Sauron. 

Metal: Sterling Silver

Finish: Antiqued, Rhodium Plated, and Black Ruthenium Plating*

Dimensions: The ring measures 12.9 mm at the widest part of the band, 5.2 mm wide at the back of the band, and stands 6 mm tall from your finger to the top of the stone.

Stone: The center stone is a 12 x 10 mm lab star sapphire cabochon and the sides are set with 4 mm lab grown faceted sapphires.

Weight: 14 grams, weight will vary with size.  

Stamp and Makers Mark: The inside of the band is stamped with our maker’s mark, copyright, and STER.

Size Options:  The ring of Númenor is available in US sizes 6 to 20, in whole, half, and quarter sizes (sizes 13.5 to 20 are an additional $15.00 USD). We strongly recommend getting your finger sized at a jewelry store. 

*Note about Ruthenium plating: Due to equipment limitations at our shop, the plating is quite thin. If the jewelry is worn daily, the plating will probably start to wear off within a week's time, especially with rings. We do offer a free one-time re-plating, and then offer re-plating services for $15.00 USD after the first time, which covers labor and the price of the return shipping to you (International shipping will have an additional charge). The color of the plating may look different in real life than on a screen due to monitor values. Unless stated otherwise, most photos are taken under studio lighting.
