Returns & Exchanges

At Badali Jewelry, we want you to love your handcrafted piece; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry back in its original gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our studio.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
